• Customers/Student are eligible for a full refund if they request it within the first 2 days of purchase.

   1. Once the request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email.
   2. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

• Refund requests made after the 2-day period will not be considered.
• No refunds will be issued for classes or services that have been used, downloaded, or accessed.
